- Must be a high school senior (public or private school) from Palm Beach or Martin Counties.
- The applicant must be a United States citizen.
- Must pursue a bachelor’s degree with a major in environment or conservation.
- Extra curricular activities during high school must reflect a commitment to area of study.
- A GPA of 3.0+ in college.
- This is a need based scholarship.
